Guilt Free Pasta

 

Have Your Italian and Eat it Too!

 

 

Ingredients:

 

Baby Zucchini, diced (I use 2 per dish)

 

Extra Lean Ground Beef (I use 8-12 ounce per dish)

 

Onion, thinly sliced (I use 1/2-1/4 of a small onion)

 

Hard Cheese like Parmesan or Asiago

 

Pizza or Marinara Sauce (I use 2-4 tablespoons)

 

 

 

Start by caramelizing the onion and then add the zucchini. 

 

Cook until it has some light browning then add the ground beef. 

 

Add salt, pepper, and garlic powder to taste.  S

 

erve in a bowl and top with the sauce.

 

Enjoy this one-bowl-wonder of a meal without the guilt of a full bowl of pasta
